Skimmed Milk Powder

PARAS skimmed milk powder is a homogeneous, free flowing powder manufactured from fresh skim milk via spray drying process, It is off white to light cream in colour with a clean, bland flavor typical of fresh skim milk, low, medium or high heat grades of same can be provided as per requirement.
PACKAGING
25 kg Multi-wall Kraft paper bags with inner polyethylene liner.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Product can be stored for 12 months from date of manufacture. It should be stored and shipped in a cool, dry environment, below 27°C. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should not be in contact with walls or floor, so as to enhance shelf life.
TRANSPORTATION
Container loads are transported with inner plastic liner for protection, without pallets. The Usual capacity of a 20 feet container is 13MT and 40 feet container is 25MT.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Dairy ingredients perform a wide range of key functions in prepared foods, including emulsification, thickening, gelling and foaming. Typical usage is in baby foods, dairy products, dry blends, wet blends, prepared dry mixes, confectionery and bakery products, ice creams, chocolates and animal feed.
